Tomorrow is the big day! We have spent the last week cleaning, rescheduling appointments, and rearranging our space to follow all social distancing and safety guidelines. It’s been a long journey, but we are excited to come back better than ever before! See you soon! ✂️

[05/21/20]   In order to implement proper health measures, ensure safety, and overall comfort, we are asking our clients to follow these strict guidelines put out by the state of Massachusetts:

⚠️ When you arrive at the salon, please come in with a mask on. We will take your temperature and ask you a series of questions regarding your exposure to COVID. If your service provider is not ready, we will kindly ask you to wait outside or in your car, and we will call you when it is safe to re-enter.

- All staff and clients will be required to wear a mask. If you do not have one, one will be provided for you.
- There will be no waiting area. After checking in, please wait outside or in your car until a Salon Coordinator calls you and tells you it is safe to re-enter.
- All staff and clients will have their temperature taken when they enter the facility.
- Clients will be asked a series of questions regarding their exposure to COVID.
- Please use our hand sanitation station upon entry.
- Please come to your appointment alone. We must limit the amount of people in the salon in order to follow social distancing guidelines of being 6 feet apart.
- Please do not bring any outside food or beverages into the salon.
- All workers and clients must stay home if they are feeling ill.

Makeovers employees will also be adhering to the following guidelines:

- Each station will be sanitized in between every client.
- Clients will be seated six feet apart during the duration of all services.
- In addition to masks, all staff will be required to wear gloves and disposable aprons.
- All non-essential amenities will be removed. No coffee, bagels, or magazines will be available.
- All capes, towels, aprons, smocks, tools, etc. will be disinfected or disposed of after every client.
- There will be no walk-ins. All appointments must be made in advanced.
- All areas will be cleaned and sanitized throughout the day.
- Staff will continue to be updated on all new sanitation protocols.

Thank you for all of your love and support. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate this "new normal." Your health and safety is of the utmost importance to us.
